Our organization had been operating without a strategic plan for several years. While we had achieved a level of success we suffered from a lack of clear identity and direction needed to get to the next level. Barb helped us take a critical look at our multiple constituencies and the varied demands on our organization and facilitated us to a clear and measurable path forward.
